Te Roopu Raranga Whatu o Aotearoa weavers have collectively made a number of kakahu for presentation to leaders. These presentations acknowledge work that has been done to support the work of Te Roopu Raranga Whatu o Aotearoa in the past, symbolise the collective inter-generational efforts to maintain the excellence of Māori weaving, and represents the responsibility to ensure this continuity into the future.
